ORSERS Consulting FZ-LLC is committed to ethical, transparent, and lawful business practices across all regions of operation.
Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct establishes the following principles:

Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery
We strictly prohibit bribery, facilitation payments, or any improper transfer of value intended to influence decisions. We comply with global anti-corruption laws including the U.S. FCPA and UK Bribery Act.

Business Ethics & Fair Competition
We compete fairly and honestly. Practices such as price-fixing, bid-rigging, or market allocation are not tolerated.

Payment of Commissions
Commissions or referral fees must be transparent, contract-based, and properly documented. No commission may be offered or paid to improperly influence a decision, especially involving Government Officials.

Gifts, Hospitality & Entertainment
Gifts or hospitality may never be used to obtain business advantage. Modest, customary courtesies may be acceptable, but stricter rules apply with Government Officials.

Dealing with Government Entities
We apply the highest ethical standards when working with government clients. All procurement rules and conflict-of-interest requirements are respected.

Reporting & Whistleblower Protection
We encourage employees and partners to report violations. Reports made in good faith are protected from retaliation.
