You can track the status of your support tickets by logging into our support portal at orsers.atlassian.net. You will receive email updates as your ticket progresses through different stages of resolution.

Our SLA defines the response and resolution times based on the priority of the issue:

  • Critical Issues: Response within 1 hour, resolution within 4 hours.

  • High-Priority Issues: Response within 4 hours, resolution within 1 business day.
